沈飞集团公司以加强基层党组织建设入手,以完成科研生产经营任务为中心,充分发挥有线电视的优势,积极开展党员电化教育,收到了明显的效果。基本做法是: 1、完善组织网络。进一步强化了以公司党委书记为首的电化教育工作领导小组,完善了以分党委、直属总支党务领导为主体的通讯员队伍,形成组织部主管,电视台、宣传部、党校齐抓共教的组织管理网络,从而达到了分工明确、功能完备、优势互补的效果。
