目的了解天津市和平区托幼机构消毒现状,为加强消毒管理工作提供依据,切实保护儿童健康,防控传染病传播。方法连续3年采用现场调查和采样检测方法对辖区托幼机构的儿童活动室与睡室空气质量、餐具和紫外线灯管等5个方面的卫生状况进行研究。结果 2013—2015年3年平均合格率分别达到86.60%、94.33%和97.10%,合格率呈逐年上升趋势,其中公办托幼机构消毒质量合格率高于民办托幼机构,差异有统计学意义(=20.260,P<0.001)。结论和平区托幼机构消毒质量整体监测结果较好,需要加强民办托幼机构消毒工作的指导、管理与监督,以进一步提高托幼机构的消毒质量,减少传染病在托幼园所内的发生与流行。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection in nurseries in Heping District, Tianjin, to provide basis for strengthening disinfection management and to effectively protect the health of children and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Methods Three years of on-the-spot investigation and sampling methods were used to study the health status of children’s activity room, sleeping room air quality, tableware and UV lamp in kindergartens in the area. Results The average pass rates in 2013 and 2015 were 86.60%, 94.33% and 97.10%, respectively. The pass rate showed an upward trend year by year. The qualification rate of disinfection of public nurseries was higher than that of private nurseries and kindergartens, with significant difference ( = 20.260, P <0.001). Conclusion The results showed that the overall monitoring results of disinfection quality of nurseries in Heping District are good, and it is necessary to strengthen the guidance, management and supervision of disinfection in private nurseries and kindergartens, so as to further improve the disinfection quality of nurseries and nurseries and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases popular.
