案例北京一对老两口王爷爷和刘奶奶,因以前曾在某县插队当知青,大家在微信里组织了一个群。2016年元宵节前,群内兴起了抢红包活动,由于是第一次参加这种活动,王爷爷与刘奶奶只会抢不会发,被群友金先生和郭先生用恶毒语言在群里进行谩骂、侮辱,历时三天。为此,王大爷夫妇将骂人的金先生与郭先生诉至法院,要求两人在该微信群内赔礼道歉、并赔偿精神损失费共400元。日前,海淀区人民法院受理了此案。
