随着加入WTO后我国金融市场的逐步开放,我国金融业将逐渐融入国际银行业的竞争中,其中引入国际战略投资者是改革的关键一步。本文分析了我国银行业引入国际战略投资者的现状,总结了国内外关于银行跨国并购的动机和我国银行引入外资的动机。
With the gradual opening up of China’s financial market after China’s accession to the WTO, China’s financial industry will gradually integrate into the competition in the international banking industry. The introduction of international strategic investors is a crucial step in the reform. This paper analyzes the status quo of the introduction of international strategic investors in China’s banking industry, sums up the motives of cross-border M & A of banks and foreign banks in China.
