目前各大专院校都存在实习难、效果不理想的问题,针对这个现状,各院校采取了不同的方法,但在实施的过程中,都存在着各种不同的问题,也都采取了不同解决措施。我院为机电一体化专业的学生增设了拆装实训室,并购置了大量的机械设备。利用教学软件讲授拆装工具的使用和机床设备的结构组成,辅助学生完成实训教学实践,既增加学生的实践动手能力,培养学生的理论应用能力和解决实际问题的能力,又延长了设备的利用率和寿命。
