目的:观察暖心胶囊对冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)临床疗效及对左室功能的影响。方法:60例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为2组各30例,对照组给予常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加暖心胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组86.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6 min步行距离2组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末(LVEDD)、左室收缩末(LVESD)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:暖心胶囊能改善冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能,有效延缓心室重构。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen capsule on left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: Sixty patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients. The control group was given routine Western medical treatment. The treatment group was treated with warm heart capsule on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). 6 min walking distance before and after treatment in two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference of LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Warm Heart Capsule can improve heart function in patients with heart failure and effectively delay ventricular remodeling.
