用原子荧光分光光度法测量大米中硒的含量,建立有效的数学模型,全面分析该方法产生不确定度的主要来源,评定不确定度,加以控制,以提高测量的准确度。
The content of selenium in rice was measured by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry and an effective mathematical model was established. The main sources of uncertainty in the method were comprehensively analyzed, and the uncertainty was evaluated and controlled to improve the accuracy of measurement.
