对妊娠≥16周人工流产者以依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射终止妊娠方法成熟,但如果羊水过少,则给穿刺带来困难。我中心对妊娠16～24周、羊水过少、自愿要求终止妊娠者,应用米非司酮促宫颈成熟的同时B超引导下羊膜腔内输注0.9%氯化钠溶液补充羊水量的同时注入依沙吖啶进行引产,效果良好,报道如下。
