国家发改委办公厅发布关于山东金诚石化集团有限公司使用进口原油有关问题的复函指出,山东金诚石化集团有限公司(以下简称金诚石化)符合条件的炼油装置原油一次加工能力为590万吨/年(360万吨/年、230万吨/年各1套),可使用进口原油300万吨/年。同时,金诚石化应按要求淘汰自有150万吨/年、100万吨/年落后炼油装置各1套。
