专家指出,中国企业在决定“走出国门、投资欧洲”时必需制定一个全面且深思熟虑的策略,以便一举取得成功。中国日前发布了《境外投资项目核准和备案管理办法》最新版本,其中一项重要修订是把国家发改委的境外投资项目的审批额度从3亿美元提至10亿美元,具体而言,除涉及敏感国家或地区、敏感行业的项目外,10亿美元以下的项目不再需要审批,只需向国家发改委备案即可。
Experts point out that Chinese enterprises must formulate a comprehensive and thought-out strategy in their decision to “go abroad and invest in Europe” in order to achieve success in one fell swoop. China recently released the latest version of the Measures for the Administration of Approved and Filing of Overseas Investment Projects. One of the major revisions is to raise the approval limit of the NDRC’s overseas investment projects from 300 million U.S. dollars to 1 billion U.S. dollars. Specifically, except for those involving sensitive Countries, regions and sensitive industries, projects under $ 1 billion no longer need to be examined and approved, just file with the State Development and Reform Commission.
