本研究以具有明显因素的３８例少年儿童ＴＭＪＤ患者为对象、对矫治方法和治疗效果进行了分析总结。认为早期正畸治疗是必要的，指出正畸治疗ＴＭＪＤ成功的关键在于对患者引起ＴＭＪＤ的主要错有正确的分析和诊断，并有的放矢地去矫正这些错。
In this study, 38 cases of juvenile TMJD patients with obvious factors were studied, and the treatment methods and treatment effects were analyzed and summarized. It is considered that early orthodontic treatment is necessary. It is pointed out that the key to the success of orthodontic treatment of TMJD lies in the correct analysis and diagnosis of the main errors caused by TMJD in patients and the correct correction of these errors.
