本文利用UCSD APPLE PASCAL语言在APPLE—Ⅱ微型机上实现步进电机的运行速度、换向、停位、点动和升/降速控制。实验装置为常州电讯电机厂生产的BQS2—005型步进电机驱动电源。步进电机的额定转矩为1kgm,五相十拍运行。用软件实现变频、计数,使步进电机在10Hz~8000Hz频率范围内,皆能按照键盘打入的命令准确的运行,是用高级语言进行实时控制的成功例子。
In this paper, using UCSD APPLE PASCAL language in the APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer to achieve stepper motor speed, commutation, stop, jog and lift / down control. Experimental equipment for the Changzhou Telecom Motor Factory BQS2-005 type stepper motor drive power. Stepper motor rated torque of 1kgm, ten-phase five-phase operation. Using software to realize frequency conversion and counting so that the stepper motor can operate accurately according to commands entered by the keyboard in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 8000 Hz and is a successful example of real-time control in a high-level language.
