试验采用不同品种小麦,在1—3℃下进行种子春化处理0—60天。结果表明:(1)春化中的低溫有两种效应,即启动幼穗分化和抑制生长。对于春性小麦,低温只有后一种效应。(2)用放射免疫法测定幼穗内ABA的含量,结果发现,春性小麦>偏春性>冬性>强冬性,而与各类小麦对低温的需要程度顺序相反。此外,种子经春化处理过的幼苗,其幼穗ABA含量均比对照高。所以,可初步认为:冬、春性或冬、春性强弱不同的小麦在温度要求上的差异,是体内抑制型激素水平存在差异的反映,春化处理所产生的效应,是由于低温诱发体内产生ABA所造成。
