绵延千年的乡村传统文化具有自然淳朴性、宗法伦理性、传承稳定性、地域多样性、视野局限性等特点。在农村现代化过程中,乡村传统文化依然发挥着促进社会认同、维护人与自然和谐、维系乡村社会稳定和谐的功能,这是一种能够转化为经济与社会效益的软实力。应该通过发扬农村传统优秀伦理、培育区域特色文化产业、培育乡土人才,激发群众积极参与乡村文化建设的热情,发掘农村文化软实力,以实现农村现代化的整体推进。
The traditional rural culture which stretches for thousands of years has the characteristics of natural simplicity, patriarchal ethics, inheritance stability, geographical diversity and limited field of vision. In the course of rural modernization, traditional rural culture still functions as promoting social identity, maintaining harmony between man and nature, and maintaining rural community stability and harmony. This is a kind of soft power capable of being transformed into economic and social benefits. We should promote the overall modernization of rural areas by developing the traditional ethics of excellence in rural areas, fostering regional cultural industries, nurturing local talents, and arousing the enthusiasm of the masses to actively participate in the construction of rural culture.
