中南工业大学和广东省郁南县四圈化工厂合作,技术上以中南工大为主,共同进行了用价廉、高钙、高杂质钨细泥生产高纯钨酸钠和仲钨酸铵的新工艺试验研充,并成功地用于工业生产。所用钨细泥的比学成分为:WO_3 32.8~34.5,Ca 5.74~6.16,Mo0.12~0.23,P 0.85~1.32,A 0.67~1.98,SiO_2 17.43~21.57。其中杂质和WO_3的比值分别为黑钨精矿一级Ⅱ类的3.6~4.1,4.5~9.1,16.7~26.7,12.7~40.0,6.6~8.5倍。所采用的工流艺程如图1
