通过分析北斗卫星通信技术实现边远小电源电力信息的采集和传输,解决小电源、自备电厂等非统调电厂运行数据缺失问题。建立基于北斗卫星通信技术的电力数据传输平台,并与智能电网调度控制系统有机融合,实现调控中心对非统调小电源运行工况的实时监控和全网分压线损的统计分析。该方案投资少,安全可靠性高,符合非统调电厂信息采集应用需求。
Through the analysis of BeiDou satellite communication technology to realize the collection and transmission of power information of remote small power, the problem of missing operation data of non-coordinated power plant such as small power supply and self-provided power plant is solved. The power data transmission platform based on BeiDou satellite communication technology is established and integrated with the dispatching control system of the smart grid to realize the real-time monitoring of the operating conditions of the non-centralized small power supply and the statistical analysis of the line loss of the whole network under the control of the control center. The scheme has low investment, high safety and reliability, and meets the requirements of information collection and application of non-coordinated power plants.
