起爆药安定性差是雷管制造、运输、储存、使用不安全的根源。在目前火雷管还不能被完全取代,甚至在我国的用量还超过雷管总数的80％的情况下,研究提高火雷管的安全性有着重大的现实意义。为此,冶金部安全环保研究院研制成功 NPED 型无起爆药火雷管,并于1991年11月5～6日,由冶金部矿山司主持,在武汉进行了技术鉴定。
Booster stability is poor detonators manufacturing, transportation, storage, use unsafe roots. At present, the fire detonator can not be completely replaced. Even in our country, the dosage still exceeds 80% of the detonator, it is of great practical significance to study and improve the safety of the detonator. To this end, the Ministry of Metallurgical Safety and Environmental Protection Research Institute successfully developed NPED-type detonators without detonators, and in November 5, 1991 to 6, chaired by the Ministry of Metallurgical Division, conducted a technical appraisal in Wuhan.
