H5是一种成分为Cu-Zn-Al-Ni 的新型铜基高强弹性合金。其强度超过锡磷青铜和一些铍青铜。该合金具有良好的冷热加工性能,可以产生各种类型的板、带、棒、线和管材。可以进行各种焊接。合金熔炼温度为1473~1623 K,热加工温度为1023~1073 K,总加工率大于90%,退火温度为923~973 K,冷加工率大于40%。当冷加工率为35%时,板材性能σ_b≥715 MPa,HV≥2156 MPa,σ≥3%,线材性能σ_b≥882 MPa,HV≥2205 MPa,E≥120540 MPa,ρ=10.33×10~(4)Ω(?)m,盐雾年腐蚀速度为0.0013毫米/年。除δ外,所有性能都优于锡磷青铜QSn 6.5-0.1合金,成本也较QSn6.5-0.1合金低。
