为滿足用戶对半鎮靜鋼板的需要,第三炼鋼厂职工敢于打破旧框框,采用上注快注法試制三号半鎮靜鋼(A3b),取得成功。試制时采用的澆注方法是:用容量200吨的大罐和直徑40～50毫米的水口,直接从上面澆注于鋼錠模中。到目前为止,这个厂已生产出20罐約3510吨鋼。軋制检驗結果表明,上注半鎮靜鋼质量良好: 1.表面质量好。軋制成鋼坯后,表面需处理的仅占30～40％。沒有因結疤、裂縫、气泡等表面缺陷而造成废品;
In order to meet the user’s need for semi-killed steel plate, the third steelworks workers dared to break the old box and made a successful trial of the No. 3 semi-killed steel (A3b) by betting quick injection method. Pouring method used in trial production is: with a capacity of 200 tons of large tanks and 40 to 50 mm diameter nozzle, pouring directly from above in ingot mold.
