In this study, through the comparison of artemisitic ear and venous blood total testosterone, free testosterone and cortisol, we tried to provide a scientific basis for the determination of above hormone levels by arterialized earmuff instead of venous blood in practice, More practical way. 40 ordinary young college students in Beijing Sport University (male 20, female 20) as the research object. Subjects were taken venous blood and arterial ear blood, serum testosterone, free testosterone and cortisol. The result shows: 1. There was no significant difference between the male and female subjects with arterialized lobe blood and total venous blood testosterone, but there was a significant correlation. Study that the earlobe blood can replace the venous blood testosterone levels. 2. Arterial lobe blood free testosterone levels were significantly lower in male and female subjects than in free venous testosterone, and there was no significant correlation between the two. 3. There was no significant difference in blood cortisol concentration between sexes, arterialized lobe blood and venous blood cortisol. There was a significant correlation between male earlobe blood and venous blood cortisol.
