我厂有一台东方红-60T型推土机,投入运行不久即发现机油压力低,冷车启动后压力在2Kg/cm~2左右;当温度达到900℃,额定转速时的压力仅0.7~0.8Kg/cm~2,此时若发动机怠速运转,则压力表的读数几乎为零。更换合格的机油压力表及油管后,压力仍低。检查机油泵和机油滤清器总成,工作正常,轴瓦与轴颈选配恰当。将发动机解体检查,发现第一主轴承座孔通往惰轮轴座孔的油道加工错误。该油道一端与主轴承座孔连通(工艺孔),工作时由轴瓦压紧不得泄漏;另端与惰轮轴座孔连通。该油道的加工,应由主轴承座孔始钻,
Our factory has a Dongfanghong-60T bulldozer. After it is put into operation, the oil pressure is found to be low. After the cold start, the pressure is about 2Kg/cm~2. When the temperature reaches 900°C, the pressure at the rated speed is only 0.7~0.8Kg/. Cm~2, if the engine is idling at this time, the pressure gauge reading is almost zero. After replacing the qualified oil pressure gauge and tubing, the pressure is still low. Check the oil pump and oil filter assembly. It works normally. The bearings and journals are properly selected. The engine was dismantled and it was found that the first main housing bore had an error in the oil passage to the idler shaft seat hole. One end of the oil channel is in communication with the main bearing housing hole (process hole). During operation, the bearing bush is not allowed to leak and the other end is connected to the idler shaft seat hole. The oil channel should be drilled from the main bearing seat hole.
