应用~(15)N示踪技术,采用盆载方式研究了有机肥与无机肥配施对小麦氮素吸收利用和土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,一定比例的有机肥与无机肥配施,能够获得与单施等氮量无机肥同样高的产量,并能够提高肥料氮素在土壤中的总残留量。同时,增加土壤有机质和速效磷的含量,减少氮素损失。小麦在整个生育期内吸自基肥的氮主要用于营养器官的形成,而追肥氮主要用于生殖器官的形成。土壤供氮占小麦吸收总氮量的较大比例。
The effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the uptake and utilization of nitrogen and the fertility of soil were studied using ~ (15) N tracer technique. The results showed that when a certain proportion of organic manure and inorganic manure were applied, the same high yield of inorganic fertilizer as nitrogen fertilizer could be obtained and the total nitrogen content of manure in soil could be increased. At the same time, increase the content of soil organic matter and available phosphorus, reduce nitrogen loss. The nitrogen absorbed from the basal wheat during the whole growth period of wheat is mainly used for the formation of vegetative organs, while the topdressing nitrogen is mainly used for the formation of reproductive organs. Soil nitrogen supply accounts for a larger proportion of total nitrogen absorbed by wheat.
