近期,交通运输部召开了2012年度第三次例行新闻发布会。关于民间资本参与交通运输领域,交通运输部新闻发言人何建中表示,目前在公路水路交通运输领域,对民间投资是完全开放的。已经出台的有关法律、行政法规和政策引导规定都从不同角度对民间资本进入公路水路交通运输领域做出了明确界定,没有任何禁止和限制措施。
