2007年十届人大五次会议上,温家宝总理的政府工作报告对房地产业发展以及解决百姓住房问题可谓是重点关照,谈房地产方面的篇幅较之以往要长很多,这在以往的政府工作报告中是少有的,而且这次的政府工作报告中还出现了一些新的提法。这一切,都说明了中央政府对房地产业发展和解决群众住房问题的重视。同时,报告内容本身就是政策指导。因此,正确把握温总理政府工作报告的实质,对房地产业发展及解决群众住房问题,具有很强的现实意义。
