Adult healthy male C 3Hf / HeMsNrs mice underwent thymus excision. Afterwards, 2 × 10 ~ 6 sheep red blood cells were injected. After 3 days, the mice were irradiated with a lethal dose (1050 lun) and injected with 2 × 10 ~ 6. 1 to 6 months later, with 2 × 18 ~ 8 red sheep
