妇女是半边天,可见妇女工作的重要性。如果妇女工作做不好,会影响家庭、社会的安定,也会妨碍生产的发展。仅以新疆186团场为例,由于基层妇女工作被忽视,去年,全场有六名妇女因各种原因服毒自杀(经抢救有五名生还)。前不久,又有一位妇女到我家痛哭一场。原因是受了别人的欺辱,有苦无处诉,只想寻死。我耐心地开导她,说明社会是公道的,党和政府是关怀妇女同志的。有什么委屈可找团场有关部门反映,要学会用法律来保护自己的权益。她听后
