目的探讨四味抗痨丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、四味抗痨丸低剂量组(0.08g·kg-1)、中剂量组(0.16g·kg-1)和高剂量组(0.32g·kg-1),连续灌胃给药15d后,小鼠椎脱臼处死取胸腺、脾脏称量质量,计算小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数;腹腔注射鸡红细胞,探讨巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能;尾静脉注射印度墨汁,眶后静脉丛采血比色测定廓清指数K及脏器指数;腹腔注射绵羊红细胞,测定对小鼠血清溶血素的影响。结果各给药组与对照组比较,四味抗痨丸高剂量组可显著提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数(P<0.01),中、高剂量组可明显提高碳粒廓清指数、脾脏系数和胸腺系数(P<0.05);3个剂量组Ig M含量随剂量增加均显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论四味抗痨丸能显著增强小鼠机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Siwei Kangwan on immune function in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, low dosage of Siwei Anti-Qiong pills (0.08g · kg-1), middle dosage of 0.16g · kg-1 and high dosage of 0.32g · kg-1 ), After continuous intragastric administration for 15 days, mice were sacrificed by vertebral dislocation to take thymus and spleen weights, calculate the mouse thymus index and spleen index; intraperitoneal injection of chicken red blood cells to explore macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes; tail vein injection of India Ink, orbital venous plexus blood collection colorimetric determination of clearance index K and organ index; intraperitoneal injection of sheep red blood cells, the determination of serum hemolysin in mice. Results Compared with the control group, Siwei Anti-Qiong Wan high-dose group could significantly increase the phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophages and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages (P <0.01) Clearance index, spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient (P <0.05). The contents of IgM in all three groups increased with dose (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Siwei anti-test pill can significantly enhance the body’s immune function.
