阳极组装工段在预焙槽铝电解生产中是机械化要求很高的一个工段。我厂(贵铝)从日轻引进的八万吨铝厂成套设备中的阳极组装设备是由法国ECL公司提供的第五代新技术。全工段的设计能力为班产233块。预焙阳极块长1400毫米,宽660毫米,高540毫米;阳极组为单块三爪式。一、阳极组装流水作业线简述阳极组装机械化流水作业线如图1所示。图示的作业线是由单轨系统(包括100台自动小车)、装卸站、残极清理站、残极压力机站、抛丸机站、铸铁环压力机站、钢爪检查站、钢爪导杆修理站、涂石墨站、浇铸站、喷铝站及导杆刷洗机站等十二部分组成的闭路循环作业线。此外,还有两套收尘系统。全工段有三十三台专用设备,十七套独立的油压装置。其中单轨系统由轨道、方向选择装置(即道叉)、轨道升降装置、轨道回转装置以及自
