目前,对中小学教师的评价存在着诸多不合理的标准和要求。突出表现在评价整齐而划一,但无视个性;全面而烦琐,但忽略本质;犀利而独特,但缺乏实效。这都给教师带来了较大的不公平,在一定程度上挫伤了他们工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,从而阻碍了教育的健康发展。有关教育行政部门要认真反思,以问题为导向,聚焦突出问题,深化评价制度的改革,以提高教师的工作热情。
At present, there are many unreasonable standards and requirements for the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers. Outstanding performance in the evaluation of neat and uniform, but ignore personality; comprehensive and cumbersome, but ignore the essence; sharp and unique, but the lack of effectiveness. All of these have brought great unfairness to teachers, which to a certain extent dampened the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of their work, which hindered the healthy development of education. Relevant educational administration departments should conscientiously reflect on issues and guide them through focusing problems and deepening the reform of evaluation systems so as to enhance teachers’ enthusiasm for work.
