在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线指引下,在无产阶级文化大革命中,国产30万瓩双水内冷汽轮发电机组已胜利建成和并网发电。1000吨/时直流炉是30万瓩机组三大主机之一。锅炉水冷壁采用一次上升、中间二次混合管圈。这种管圈形式在国内还是首次使用。为了掌握其运行规律和安全可靠程度,自机组投运以来,曾进行过多次启动、低负荷、21万瓩和25万瓩负荷试验。在这些试验基础上于1976年6月又进行了高负荷(28万瓩)试验。本文介绍这次高负荷试验的情况和结果。28万瓩负荷试验表明,这种管圈的水动力特性是稳定的,水冷壁壁温工况良好,运行安全。试验还表明,这种管圈型式对燃烧反应很敏感。燃烧过程的组织与调整对水冷壁的温度工况和安全运行有密切的关系。
