我院自1977年9月至1978年3月,对15例冠心病心绞痛患者,进行超声波治疗。初步看来,近期疗效尚好。简要报道如下: 一、资料与方法 1、一般资料:冠心病心绞痛15例中,男13例,女2例;年令33～58岁,平均年令50岁。确定心绞痛的诊断,均按1974年全国修订之《冠心病诊断参考标准》。心绞痛的程度,中度4例,轻度11例。合并高血压病5例,有室性早搏者3例,原有陈旧性下壁心肌梗塞者2例。
Our hospital from September 1977 to March 1978, 15 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina, ultrasound treatment. At first glance, the immediate effect is still good. Determine the diagnosis of angina, according to the 1974 revision of the “reference diagnostic coronary heart disease.” The degree of angina, moderate in 4 cases, mild in 11 cases. 5 cases of hypertension, premature ventricular contractions in 3 cases, the original old inferior myocardial infarction in 2 cases.
