高职体育师资队伍建设已成为制约高职体育课程改革成败和人才培养质量高低的重要因素之一。针对目前高职体育课程和体育师资的现状,提出促进高职体育师资队伍建设的可持续发展的一些措施:加强师德建设;突出职业特色,打照优秀教学团队;加强教师队伍管理,引入有效的竞争机制;加强教师终身学习的能力,构建学习型教师;旨在为高职体育教师队伍建设提供一些参考依据。
The construction of PE faculty in higher vocational education has become one of the important factors restricting the success of PE reform in higher vocational education and the quality of talents training. In view of the current situation of PE courses and PE teachers in higher vocational colleges, some measures to promote the sustainable development of PE teachers in higher vocational schools are put forward: strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics; highlighting the professional features, striking out outstanding teaching teams; strengthening the management of teachers and introducing effective Competition mechanism; to strengthen the ability of teachers to lifelong learning, build learning teachers; aims to provide some reference for the construction of physical education teachers in higher vocational schools.
