用不同的方法配制了维生素Ｅ霜，并用一阶导数光谱法测定了不同放置时间后霜剂中维生素Ｅ含量的变化。结果表明维生素Ｅ直接加入油相为佳，６ｍｏ时配制的用剂含量下降小于１０％。
Vitamin E creams were formulated in different ways and the changes of vitamin E content in the creams were determined by first-order derivative spectroscopy. The results show that vitamin E is directly added to the oil phase is better, 6mo when formulated dose decreased by less than 10%.
