从2007年开始,国内私人银行客户开始接触私募(PrivateEquity,简称PE),第一个吃螃蟹的是中信信托锦绣一号私募股权信托计划,并通过建设银行和中信银行募集资金。在不到一年的时间里,该计划的净值从1元涨到了3元以上,业界哗然。四年以来,PE投资在国内逐渐升温,通过私人银行渠道发行的产品也日渐丰富,PE投资成为不少高端人群青睐的投资品种。
Since 2007, domestic private bank clients have come into contact with Private Equity (PE). The first one to eat crabs is CITIC TrustPrivilege Trust Plan and raise funds through China Construction Bank and China CITIC Bank. In less than a year, the net worth of the plan rose from 1 yuan to over 3 yuan, causing an uproar in the industry. Over the past four years, PE investment has been gradually heating up in the country. Products released through private banking channels have also become increasingly abundant. PE investment has become a favored type of investment for many high-end consumers.
