民生档案,是党和政府各部门、各单位在保障和改善民生工作中形成的真实记录,是社会保障管理的重要对象,可以全面反映参保人履行缴费义务、享受社保待遇的真实情况。随着社会保障制度改革的深化,保障范围的越来越广,如何做好社会保险档案工作,已成为社保部门的一项重要任务。做好民生档案工作,是贯彻落实科学发展观,践行党的根本利益的内在要求,利用科学规范的方法整理归档保存意义重大,本文就如何加强社会保险档案管理进行了探讨。
Livelihood files are the true records formed by the various departments and units of the Party and government in safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood and are an important object of social security management. They can fully reflect the fulfillment of contributions obligations of insured persons and enjoy the true situation of social security treatment. With the deepening of the reform of the social security system and the increasingly wide scope of protection, how to do well the work of social insurance archives has become an important task of the social security department. To do a good job in people’s livelihood files is an inherent requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development and practicing the fundamental interests of the party. It is of great significance to use scientific and standardized methods to organize and preserve archives. This article discusses how to strengthen the management of social insurance archives.
