云南省公路开发投资有限责任公司大理管理处作为公司的一个派出机构,承担着楚大、大保高速公路及丽江机场高速公路的收费、养护、运营管理工作,管养里程252.87km。2013年还将接手新建成的大丽高速公路的运营管理。多年来,管理处坚持为广大驾乘人员提供优质、快捷的出行服务,积极为大理经济社会的发展做贡献。管理处现设1室6科(部),1个管理所,1个电子服务大理中心,公路沿线设有1 2个收费站,3个隧道管理站、3个收费监控分中心,有员工600余名。是公司下设8个管理处中规模较大的一个管理处。
