本文综述了白三烯的来源、结构和合成及其在哮喘发病机理中所起的作用，应用白三烯合成抑制剂和白三烯受体拮抗剂有可能为治疗哮喘开辟新的药物疗法。
This review summarizes the origin, structure and synthesis of leukotrienes and their roles in the pathogenesis of asthma. It is possible that leukotriene synthesis inhibitors and leukotriene receptor antagonists may open up new pharmacological treatments for asthma.
