随着教育改革的不断深化,为了顺利实施从“应试教育”向素质教育转变,探索教学模式的变革,开拓教学新路,以相当突出的地位摆上了学校工作的议事日程。近两年来,我们在回顾总结学校教学改革经验的基础上,规划实行了“自主发展教育的研究与实践”的课题研究。就教学层面而言,“自主发展”就是要使学生在学习上的能动性、独立性、创造性得到最大限度的调动与培养,使以学生为学习主体的精神得到最充分的发挥。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, in order to successfully implement the transition from “exam-oriented education” to quality education, explore changes in teaching models, open up new paths for teaching, and put the school work agenda on a rather prominent position. In the past two years, we have reviewed and summarized the experience of school teaching reforms, and we have planned and implemented research on the “research and practice of autonomous development education”. On the teaching level, “independent development” means that students’ initiative, independence, and creativity in learning should be mobilized and nurtured to the utmost, so that students’ learning spirit can be fully utilized.
