伴随着社会主义市场经济建设的深化,依靠资源禀赋的优势进行区域经济建设已经不能满足现阶段经济增长的要求,区域经济增长的发展亟需寻找新的经济增长点和培育新型长效的经济增长机制。地缘文化区域性特征明显,具有稳定性、可持续以及系统性和整体性特征,极易形成带有明显地域性特征的非自然性资源禀赋。这类禀赋不仅不可复制,还可以在一个较长的时间内使本地区具有区别于其他区域的经济发展模式。
With the deepening of the building of a socialist market economy, relying on the advantages of resource endowments can no longer meet the requirements of economic growth at this stage. The development of regional economic growth urgently needs to find new economic growth points and foster new and long-lasting economic growth mechanism. Geographical culture has obvious regional characteristics, stability, sustainability and systematic and holistic characteristics, which can easily form unnatural resource endowments with obvious regional characteristics. Such endowments can not only be duplicated but also enable the region to have an economic development model that is different from other regions for a longer period of time.
