学前教育不仅是当代整个教育体系的重要组成部分,更是学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段,是基础教育的重要组成部分。俗话说:“教育就要从娃娃抓起。”要想培养高素质高质量的建设人才,就必须要抓好学前教育,打好基础。但是,我们的学前教育还没有得到足够的重视,现有学前教育对儿童个体存在着差异,个性发展不尽相同没有充分认识和尊重。新形势下的学前教育改革,就必须要注重学生个性发展,鼓励创造;教师也要随之转换角色,引导儿童主体性的发挥。本文就是通过对学前教育改革的不足之反思,以提出更好更合理的措施。
Preschool education is not only an important part of contemporary education system, but also the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education and an important part of basic education. As the saying goes: “Education should start from the baby.” "To cultivate high-quality and high-quality construction personnel, we must do a good job pre-school education and lay a solid foundation. However, our pre-school education has not received sufficient attention. The existing pre-school education has different individual children, and the personality development is not the same, and it is not fully understood and respected. In the new situation, the reform of pre-school education must pay attention to the development of students’ individuality and encouragement. Teachers should also change roles and guide children’s subjectivity. This article is through the reflection of the shortcomings of preschool education reform to put forward better and more reasonable measures.
