我厂在試制苏式11型密閉式混胶机时,其中混和轉子表面需堆焊一层耐磨的斯大林尼特硬质合金。通过新产品的試制,系統地学习了苏联的先进技术,使粉状斯大林尼特硬質合金制造与堆焊成功。在苏联常用的粉状硬質合金共有两种:一为伏卡尔,堆焊后其硬度約可至Rc72,其中主要成分是钨,价格很貴,仅用于鑽探机的鑽头上;另一种为斯大林尼特,其成分为鉻、錳、鉄、碳,因为价格低廉,并能滿足大部分机件的要求,应用最为广泛。
