从2010年杭州别墅发展动态来看,拥有稀缺山水资源的青山湖板块已经成为开发商竞相逐鹿之地。近三年来,青山湖板块的热度一年高过一年,青山湖也作为杭州在西湖之外的另一个湖景胜地,吸引了包括杭州人在内的长三角旅游客的青睐。12月4日,记者和摄影师以自驾的方式,真实地体验青山湖的冬日风景,第一时间探访青山湖板块体量最大的别墅社区中都·青山湖畔。
