在高校实行治理整顿的新形势下,海南电大如何发展?这是一个十分重要而亟待解决的问题。本文拟就“八五”期间海南电大的发展规划的战略问题作些宏观上的探讨。 一、战略依据 (一)海南经济的发展呼唤成人教育的发展。 海南建省办大特区以来,首先遇到的便是如何解决好“起点低”与“要求高”的矛盾问题。所谓“起点低”不只是指资金、设备等硬件指标的差距大,还包括人口素质、人才比例,结构等软件要素的落后。
Under the new situation of rectification and administration in colleges and universities, how to develop Hainan Radio and Television University? This article intends to make some macro discussions on the strategic issues of Hainan Radio and Television University’s development plan during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. First, the strategic basis (A) the economic development of Hainan calls for the development of adult education.
