1940年生于吉林省四平市,8岁迁至北京。1953年经七年之勤学苦练,13岁时为王雪涛先生所激赏而入门墙,多所受益。1956年16岁第一次参加北京市美展,同年与陈半丁合拍中央新闻电影片厂摄制的电影《学画》,并且多幅作品选送至日本、意大利、美国、法国、前苏联等国展出,被称誉为“画童”、“小天才”。1980年加入中国美术家协会北京分会、中国画研究会为会
Born in 1940 in Siping City, Jilin Province, moved to Beijing at the age of 8.
