In this paper, the basis of the proposed water-diversion scheme for the western suburbs of Guiyang City, the selection of the water conveyance route and the water conveyance mode, and the comprehensive comparison of the various schemes are analyzed and discussed, which provides the basis for the specific design of the pipeline.
