教学生涯,转眼已过二十七年。迎来一批批新人,送走一批批毕业生。内心有欢喜,也有忧伤。如何建立良好的师生关系,对于整个教学过程来说都是至关重要的。时代在进步,学生的心理特点也在发生着变化,如果我们还是默守陈规,我们和学生的距离将会越来越远。我们不必为了和学生保持关系而放低自己。笔者认为,要先尊重自己,再用心交心,师生关系必然越来越好。
Teaching career, has blink of an eye twenty-seven years. Ushered in a batch of new people, send batch of graduates. There are hearts happy, but also sad. How to establish a good relationship between teachers and students, for the entire teaching process is crucial. The times are improving. The psychological characteristics of students are also changing. If we still stick to stereotypes, the distance between us and our students will be further and further. We do not have to relax ourselves in order to stay in touch with our students. I believe that we must first respect ourselves, and then hard-hearted, teacher-student relationship is bound to get better and better.
