采用三相次级整流电阻焊机对5A90铝锂合金进行点焊试验,研究了铝锂合金点焊接头的力学性能。结果表明:在不同点焊工艺参数下,接头拉剪强度均呈先增大达到峰值后又减小的规律变化。当电极压力为8.55 kN、焊接电流为45.5 kA、焊接时间为4 cyc时,最佳接头强度可以达到最大值7.7 kN。断裂模式为纽扣断裂和结合面断裂,纽扣断裂断口为韧性与脆性混合断裂形式。
A three-phase secondary rectifier resistance welding machine 5A90 Al-Li alloy spot welding test, the mechanical properties of aluminum-aluminum alloy spot welding joint. The results show that under different welding parameters, the tensile strength of the joint increases first and then decreases and then decreases. When the electrode pressure is 8.55 kN, the welding current is 45.5 kA and the welding time is 4 cyc, the optimum joint strength can reach the maximum value of 7.7 kN. The fracture mode is the fracture of the button and the fracture of the bonding surface. The fracture of the button fracture is a mixture of ductile and brittle fracture.
