在企业所有权的理解和把握上理论界存在分歧,本文分析了产生分歧的原因,指出了要深入理解企业所有权所必须回答的几个问题,并在回答这些问题的过程中,引出了本文所称的“企业混合所有权”概念,在此基础上回答了谁应作为企业所有者参与企业这一问题。
This dissertation analyzes the reasons for the disagreement and points out several problems that must be answered in order to understand the ownership of the enterprise.
