通过查阅Pub Med、中国知网、万方等数据库搜集相关文献,同时采用生物反应路径分析(ingenuity pathway analysis,IPA)系统推测丹蒌片与相关疾病的作用靶点,预测相关的作用机制。近几年对丹蒌片的研究主要集中在高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化等疾病方面,一些已知的化学成分可能是通过环加氧酶2(PTGS2)、瘦素蛋白(LEP)、一氧化氮合酶3(NOS3)和低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)起作用。明确丹蒌片化学成分及其药理作用还具有一定的困难,生物化学与网络药理学的结合有助于了解丹蒌片对心血管疾病治疗的作用机制。
The related literatures were collected by referring to PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang and other databases. Meanwhile, we used the ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA) system to predict the target of Dan-Dan films and related diseases and predict the related mechanism. In recent years, researches on Dan-dan Tablets mainly focus on the diseases such as hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. Some known chemical constituents may be related to PTGS2, LEP, Nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) and low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) play a role. It is also difficult to clarify the chemical composition of dandelion tablets and its pharmacological effects. The combination of biochemistry and network pharmacology helps to understand the mechanism of action of dancao tablet in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
