市各有关局、总公司、集团公司、各区县物价局:为促进北京市供热事业的发展,缓解企业亏损的矛盾,进一步理顺供暖价格,经专家论证委员会论证和价格听证会听证,并经市政府批准,我市自2001年至2002年采暖期起适当调整我市供暖价格,现将有关事项通知如下:一、市热力集团供暖价格及生活热水加热费市热力集团供应的民用供暖价格由每建筑平方米、采暖季20元调整为24元;供应旅游饭店、使馆、出租公寓的供暖价格仍为每建筑平方米、采暖季30元;除上述两类供应对象以外的用户供暖价格也由每建筑平方米、采暖季20元调整为24元。以上价格均含热力点运行费用2.5元、室外管网维护费1元、楼口到散热片维护
